Miriam is a seasoned Public Health professional with over a decade of experience leading impactful initiatives across Africa. Her expertise encompasses program design, implementation, evaluation, and advocacy in diverse areas, including tuberculosis (TB), HIV/AIDS, non-communicable diseases (NCDs), neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), health system strengthening, and maternal and child health. Miriam has a proven track record of managing large-scale projects funded by various donors, such as the USG, Global Fund, European Union, and Mastercard Foundation. She is well-versed in donor compliance and reporting requirements. Her contributions to primary healthcare include guideline development, innovation scale-up, training program rollout, and capacity building at national, county, and facility levels. Miriam has played a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of healthcare delivery by equipping healthcare providers and community health promoters with the necessary knowledge and skills. Beyond her programmatic expertise, Miriam has made significant contributions to the field of public health through research, publication, and advocacy.
