Josphat Samoei is the supply chain specialist for Non-communicable diseases Project at PATH Kenya. His role is to support the country ministry of health and stakeholders to strengthen NCD supply chain in promoting increased access and availability of HPTs, promoting end-to end visibility as well as strengthening oversight for NCD medicines. Dr.Samoei has worked in various health system strengthening programs for over 17 years supporting pharmaceutical commodity management systems and health commodity security systems. Dr.Samoei has a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a master of science in Procurement and Logistics.
