Dr Joseph Mogga is an Internal Medicine Physician with close to two decades of experience in clinical practice and public health. The experience includes clinical practice in Uganda, Coordination of NCDs in Humanitarian Emergencies in South Sudan and currently a technical officer for NCDs and Risk Factors with WHO Multi Country Assignment Team (MCAT) Programme, based in Nairobi, covering Kenya, Mauritius, Rwanda and Seychelles.
