Dr. Jane Everlyne Akinyi is a highly skilled physician and gastroenterologist dedicated to advancing healthcare delivery in resource-limited settings. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Luhansk State Medical University in Ukraine, followed by a Master of Medicine (MMed) in Internal Medicine from Moi University, Kenya. To further strengthen her expertise, she pursued and completed a Master of Science in Gastroenterology at the University of Chester, United Kingdom. Currently, Dr. Akinyi serves as a Consulting Physician and Gastroenterologist at Siaya County Referral Hospital, where she provides specialized care while mentoring healthcare professionals and working to strengthen service delivery systems.
