Naomy Chepkoech Arussey is a public health practitioner specializing in newborn and child health, with strong experience in strengthening community and primary health systems. She supports programs that focus on improving survival and developmental outcomes for newborns and children through evidence-based interventions, capacity building, and supportive supervision.
