Naomy Arussey

Epidemiologist
Naomy Chepkoech Arussey is a public health practitioner specializing in newborn and child health, with strong experience in strengthening community and primary health systems. She supports programs that focus on improving survival and developmental outcomes for newborns and children through evidence-based interventions, capacity building, and supportive supervision. Her work includes designing and implementing programs on essential newborn and child health.  Naomy also supports integrating NCD prevention and health promotion into maternal, newborn, and child health in platforms, guideline development, and dissemination. Passionate about health equity, she collaborates with County health departments, NGOs, and community structures to improve service delivery, enhance caregiver knowledge, and strengthen referral pathways for better outcomes.
