Dr. Muyonga is a consultant Pediatrician and researcher based at the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kisumu, Kenya. She graduated from Moi University School of Medicine for both undergraduate (2009) and postgraduate degrees (2018). She is one of the champions advocating for the rights of children with Sickle Cell Disease and those with rare diseases as well.  She is currently working with Tin Soldiers to trace and manage patients with Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva.
