We ask all attendees to carefully review the following policy before completing their registration.

    Non-Refundable Policy

    All registration payments made for the NCD Conference are non-refundable. This applies under all circumstances,
    including but not limited to:

    • Change of plans or inability to attend
    • Travel disruptions
    • Visa application rejection or delay
    • Health or personal emergencies
    • Natural disasters or political unrest

    Non-Transferable Policy

    Conference registrations are strictly non-transferable. Each registration is linked to a named individual and cannot
    be reassigned to another person or deferred to future events.
